Our ministry understands that while material comforts can offer temporary ease, they cannot satisfy the soul’s more profound longing for purpose and connection. As Psalm 63:1 says, “O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you.” This thirst is quenched not by material abundance but through a relationship with God and a life of spiritual fulfilment.

In our pursuit of material gains, we must heed the risk of losing our most valuable assets – our relationships with God and others. Proverbs 15:17 teaches us, “Better is a dinner of herbs where love is than a fattened ox and hatred with it.” At our church, we emphasize the richness of spiritual connections over worldly possessions.
Using Wealth as a Godly Tool
Powerhouse Holyghost Ministry International believes that wealth when used in alignment with God’s purpose, can be a blessing. As 2 Corinthians 9:11 states, “You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God.” Wealth is a tool for generosity and service, not an end in itself.

Matthew 6:20 advises, “But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.” Our true treasure lies in our spiritual journey and impact.
